By booking a session or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations regarding our services.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation

For each photography session we shut our studio for two hours to concentrate on you. We therefore request a $50.00 booking deposit when you make your appointment.

Your session is confirmed once a deposit is paid. Deposits are refundable and can be used towards your purchase.

1.2 Payment TermsPayment for your purchase may be made on the day of your session in full, or by way of an agreed Payment Plan. We accept credit cards, EFTPOS or direct deposit.

2. Session Details
‍
2.1 Session DurationYour session includes two hours of studio time. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience.

2.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their personal items during the session. Please bring all agreed-upon wardrobe, accessories, and any additional items.

2.3 Artistic RightsLuxury Boudoir retains full artistic discretion during the session, including decisions regarding lighting, composition, and poses.

3. Image Delivery
‍
3.1 Editing and RetouchingFinal images will be professionally edited and retouched.

3.2 Delivery TimelineImages will be delivered upon full payment of purchase - for digital images it will be a few days, for albums or wall pieces, production can take up to 4 weeks. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate any changes promptly.

3.3 Image SelectionClients will have the opportunity to review and select images for purchase. Unedited images will not be provided.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

4.1 ReschedulingClients may reschedule their session without penalty, provided at least two days notice is given.  Rescheduling within less than two days of the session date may result in an additional fee.

4.2 Cancellation PolicyDeposits are refundable, provided cancellation is made at least two days prior to the booked session.. Cancellations made within two days of the session date will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

4.3 Studio CancellationsIn the unlikely event that Luxury Boudoir needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule without penalty.

5. Use of Images

5.1 Client PrivacyYour privacy is our priority. No images will be shared publicly without your written consent.

5.2 Promotional UseWith your explicit consent, selected images may be used for promotional purposes, including website galleries and social media.

5.3 Copyright OwnershipAll images remain the intellectual property of Luxury Boudoir and may not be altered, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Liability

6.1 This is a professional environment. We therefore reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time if in our opinion that person is disruptive, abusive or intoxicated.

6.2 To the extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for anything which may occur as a result of your participation in or relating to this promotion, including, without limitation, any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:

i. Whilst travelling to or from or taking part in any photographic session.

ii. As a consequence of any program relating to the promotion or the publication of any material, including (without limitation) any comments made by another person.

iii. Arising from or relating to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network, lines or mobile communications network relating to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

iv. As a result of the use of any artwork, videos or images in any manner referred to or allowed under these Terms and Conditions.

v. As a result of anything outside our reasonable control.Luxury Boudoir is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal items during sessions. Clients participate in sessions at their own risk.

7. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree to abide by its terms and conditions. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution
‍
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably through communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of Queensland.

9. Amendments
‍
Luxury Boudoir reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
